This site does not host, compile, or sell personal warrant records. It points readers to the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County Justice Courts, city Municipal Courts, police records offices, and official county pages. The private site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report.
Outside Search Providers
Sponsored search tools are controlled by their providers. Those companies set their own prices, retention periods, security practices, and sharing rules. Review the provider's terms and privacy statement before entering any personal information. A sponsored result is not an official Nevada or Clark County court result.
Government and Other Links
Pages may link to court portals, county offices, police agencies, Nevada statutes, or federal resources. Once a reader leaves this site, the destination's rules apply. Official government pages may also collect information under their own notices. Read them before submitting a records request or case identifier.
Who May Receive Information
Information may be available to hosting, analytics, advertising, and search providers that support the site. It may also be disclosed when a valid legal demand requires it. The site does not sell a personal warrant list.
Security Practices
Reasonable technical and administrative steps are used for information held by the site. Internet transmission and storage are never guaranteed to be risk-free. Do not send sensitive identifiers through an unsolicited payment link or unknown caller.
Children
The reference site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. If a child has sent information, a parent or guardian may request review and deletion through the ordinary contact route.
Data Requests and Nevada Records Law
Nevada Public Records Law, including NRS 239.010 and NRS 239.0107, governs access requests to public agencies. It does not turn this private website into a court or county records custodian. Questions about a Clark County court record should go to the issuing court, and questions about police or detention records should go to the relevant agency.

- Ask for deletion when retention is not required.
- Withdraw a voluntary message where practical.
